Content Package Conditions & Information

Content Packages are required to have a minimum duration of 12 months. During that one year the client will pay their fixed monthly rate to the contractor, which is dictated by the package selected by the client. The client and the contractor will discuss the specifics of the content that is to be created for the client. The following content will be created each time content days are scheduled.

A. 1 - 30 Second Commercial

B. 1 - 15 Second Condensed Commercial

C. 12 - Short-Form Videos

D. 12 - Dynamic Photos

E. 12 - Branded Still Frames

A. 30 Second Commercial

The 30 Second Commercial will start in the pre-production phase with collaboration between the client and the contractor. The contractor will be able to share their vision on how they want their brand to be displayed along with any ideas that they have for their marketing content. The contractor will storyboard the video idea for the client and they will come to an agreement on the direction of the 30 Second Commercial. The 30 Second Commercial will then go onto the Production/Filming phase. This will take up a major portion of the content days. The 30 Second Commercial will then enter the Post-Production phase, where the video will be edited and finalized based on the approval of the client. 

B. 15 Second Condensed Commercial

During the Pre-Production phase the client and the contractor will also agree upon the direction of the 15 Second Condensed Commercial. This will be a shortened version of the 30 Second Commercial. The video will be edited accordingly in Post-Production and will be finalized based on the approval of the client.

C. Short-Form Videos

Short-Form Videos are targeted for social media and would be delivered in a vertical format unless otherwise requested. Their duration would be approximately 15 seconds. In the Pre-Production phase the client will share their vision for their Short-Form Videos with the contractor. The Short-Form Videos will be captured during the content days and should work in conjunction with the 30 Second Commercial during the Production/Filming phase in order to have the content captured at the same locations that are being filmed for the 30 Second Commercial.

D. Dynamic Photos

Dynamic Photos are single video clips that last approximately 5 seconds. These will be pulled from the videos gathered during the content days. These will match the theme of the Short-Form Videos and Branded Still Frames. These will also be delivered in a vertical video format unless requested otherwise.

E. Branded Still Frame

A Branded Still Frame is a single frame that we export from a video file. We then take that photo and add a graphic design that includes your logo. These will match the themes of the Short-Form Videos and the Dynamic Photos. These photos will be delivered in a vertical format unless requested otherwise.

Other Notes

Our process is broken into four phases.

  1. Pre-Production

  2. Production

  3. Post-Production

  4. Review & Delivery

The Pre-Production phase is where we will spend time intentionally planning for all of your content. This is where the you will get to share your vision with the us. We will collaborate and make a your content fit your brand. Once production takes place and we enter post-production. This is where the editing of your videos/images takes place. Then we enter the Review & Delivery phase where you get to review and critique the content we create for you. Once you give us the final approval for each piece, we will deliver the content to you on a monthly basis.

However, if the client desires there to be rework in the Pre-Production or Production/Filming phase after those phases have been completed, then there will be rework fees. The amount will depend on the amount of rework desired.
